About DALIL

Dalil (دليل) means “guide”. We build an AI shopping assistant that guides online shoppers to the right product - the way a good salesperson does in a store: it asks what they need, listens, and recommends a few products that really fit, explaining why.

Online stores in Egypt and the Middle East lose many shoppers who can't decide between dozens of similar products. Dalil speaks their language - Egyptian Arabic first, English when they prefer - and only ever recommends products that are in your catalog, at today's prices.

We set everything up for you: your catalog is imported and kept current, the assistant is styled to your brand, and it goes live with one line of code. You follow the results in your dashboard - conversations, the questions shoppers ask most, recommended products and clicks to your product pages.
