The service

DALIL provides an AI shopping assistant that a store adds to its website. The assistant recommends products from the store's catalog. AI answers can contain mistakes; product information shown to shoppers comes from the store's own catalog, which the store is responsible for.

Plans, limits and payment

Plans are monthly and include a number of chats. We notify the store at 80% of its monthly chats; at the limit the assistant pauses until the next month unless more chats are added. The assistant stops when a subscription ends. Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT, plus a one-time setup fee.

Catalog import

The store authorises us to read its public product catalog to keep the assistant up to date.

Acceptable use

The assistant may only be embedded on the store's own domains. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
